We want to give a warm welcome to our new Illinois Rep, Bill Ellner! Bill is a 20 plus year Veteran of the St. Louis Fire Department where he is a Captain of a Truck Company and the Marine Unit. Prior to joining the St. Louis Fire Department, Bill was a Volunteer Firefighter for 3 years with the Prairie du Rocher Fire Department in Illinois.
