• HGACBuy is the Houston-Galveston Area Council of Governments Buying Group.
• HGAC Buy is a government to government procurement service operating for over 30 years.
• HGAC is a formal bid process extended to local government agencies
• The products/services may be purchased by any of more than 7000 member local governments, districts, agencies in 49 states across the nation.
• Scott submitted a Bid as the manufacturer and included all distribution that requested to participate
• Distributors are authorized to sell in their existing territory assignments
• August 4^th the bid went into effect
